Donation Policy Update for Skagit Farmers Supply & Country Store

Thank you for considering Skagit Farmers Supply & Country Store to support your event or fundraising efforts. Supporting organizations that contribute to the growth and success of the agriculture industry is an integral part of our mission. We value the opportunity to participate in your event and sincerely appreciate your interest in our products. Please review the procedures and guidelines below regarding donation requests.

Policies and Procedures for Submitting an In-Kind Donation or Sponsorship Request

1. Submission Requirements
   All donation requests must be submitted online. We no longer accept requests via mail, email, or social media.
2. Form Completion
   Please complete the online donation form in its entirety for your request to be considered.
3. Event Requests
   We welcome requests for shows, clinics, conventions, conferences, and similar events. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All requests must be submitted at least 12 weeks before the item(s) are needed.
4. Tax-Exempt ID
   To be considered, please include your organization’s valid U.S. Tax-Exempt ID number in your submission.
5. Approval Process
   Submitting an online request does not guarantee your organization will receive a donation. Requests are reviewed weekly, and selected organizations will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided.
6. Exclusions
   Skagit Farmers Supply & Country Store does not provide donations or sponsorships to fraternal, political, labor, athletic, or social organizations, or to for-profit businesses.
